In the event that you wish to return a pair of shoes, we offer a 5 day return policy starting from the day your shoes are delivered to you.
We also encourage you to check your order upon delivery, and if any items are incorrect, damaged or faulty you should notify us immediately by calling 09080289165 or sending an email to email@example.com with your telephone and order number so that we can arrange for free return shipping.
The return shipping will be free if the return is due to incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to pay for the cost of shipping the shoes back to zorkleshoes.com.
Returns should be addressed to 28 Oyebajo Street, Fadeyi, Lagos. Kindly return the item(s) in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging along with proof of purchase (order number, delivery note and/or invoice). Once the items have been returned and verified, you will receive a refund as soon as possible.
Kindly note that, any shoe that has been scuffed, stained, or dinged on the surface, inside or bottom of the shoe will not be accepted or exchanged. Always use socks provided to test shoes.
If you have paid for the purchase in cash, we will refund the full cost by transferring the entire amount to your account. If the item was paid for by credit card, the funds will be returned only directly to the card that was used for the purchase.

If you wish to exchange a pair of shoes for another pair, you may do so within 7 days of delivery as long as the shoes have not been damaged in any way. You will incur the cost of shipping the shoes back to us as well as the cost of shipping the new pair of shoes to you (see shipping information in our FAQs).
If the new pair of shoes (plus additional shipping costs to you) costs more than the original pair of shoes you ordered, you will be required to pay the difference in the payment of method of your choice (see available payment options in our FAQs). If new pair of shoes (plus additional shipping costs to you) costs less than the original pair, you will be refunded the difference.
zorkleshoes.com offers its customers a local pick up option. This is perfect for customers who wish to receive their shoes quickly and helps save on shipping fees. Local Pick up is currently only available to Lagos customers. To pick up customers must:
- Present a copy of the pick up notification email
- Order Number
- Government Issued I.D Customers who select local pick up have 24 hours to complete their orders.
Orders not picked up in this time frame will be cancelled and automatically become available to other customers for purchase
